What this is¶
A Litify-side dashboard tracking the firm's auto (car/truck/ rideshare) intake funnel — leads in, qualification rate, conversion to matter, time-to-first-contact, source attribution. Distinct from the broader employee productivity dashboard work.
2026 wanted-metrics rollout¶
The 2026 Auto Intake Dashboard Wanted Metrics Rollout session scoped and built a new set of metrics that Sam wanted visible on the dashboard for the 2026 year: lead source breakdown, case type, response time, and referral partner attribution.
Related cleanup¶
Litify guardrail and intake dashboard cleanup (April 10) — same week, removed stale filters on the dashboard that were silently hiding new intake records because the filter logic hadn't been updated for the 2026 case types.
