What this is

A Litify-side dashboard that tracks employee productivity metrics — case load, time-to-first-contact, note throughput, task completion, referral conversion — plus a forecast model that projects the firm's future case volume and revenue. Built on the Salesforce / Litify AI Toolkit as the substrate.

Build sessions

The dashboard and its forecast model got multiple deep-dive sessions in early April 2026:

  • Employee Productivity Dashboard + Litify Data Deep Dive (2026-04-07) — initial dashboard build + deep dive into the underlying Litify data to confirm the metrics were sourced correctly
  • Litify Dashboard Forecast Model + Deep-Dive Refinements (2026-04-07) — built the forecast model on top of historical Litify data, then refined it with additional signals
  • Employee Productivity Dashboard + Litify Deep Dive + Reporting Infrastructure (2026-04-07 continuation) — third deep dive same day, extending into the broader reporting infrastructure around the dashboard
  • Litify Dashboard Deploy to Render: Employee Productivity, Communication, Referral Pipeline — deployed parts of the dashboard to Render (as a web front-end), including companion communication and referral pipeline views
  • Litify guardrail and intake dashboard cleanup (April 10) — removed stale filters; see Auto Intake Dashboard
  • Litify package deprecation audit - 2026-04-07 — cleanup that ran in parallel with the productivity dashboard work
  • 2026-04-04 — Report Cleanup First-Pass Triage for 310 Stale Reports — report cleanup that supports dashboard source data
