Purpose¶
A deeper strategic review of Google Ads performance that complements the daily War Room. The War Room handles tactical day-to-day changes. This weekly review steps back and looks at trends, strategy, and the bigger picture.

- Wasted spend (clicks on irrelevant terms that got through)
- Budget utilization (% of daily budget spent)
- Impression share trends
4. Negative Keywords Weekly Summary¶
Aggregate from daily War Room runs: - Total negatives added this week - Total negatives removed this week - Net change to negative list - Notable patterns (new spam categories, competitor terms)
5. Quality Score Trends¶
- Average QS across all active keywords
- Keywords that improved/declined QS this week
- Top QS improvement opportunities
6. Competitive Landscape¶
- Auction insights: who are we competing against?
- Impression share overlap with competitors
- Any new competitors entering the auction
7. Strategic Recommendations¶
Based on the week's data: - Budget reallocation opportunities - New campaign ideas - Landing page improvements needed - Bidding strategy adjustments
