Contact Page Redesign¶

What this is¶
The contact page underwent a full redesign in April 2026 that
produced the sitewide form standard — the dark translucent card
layout that now serves as the reference implementation for every
form across the site. Reference implementation lives at
Website_project/contact-page-project/contact-page-redesign-v3.html
per the firm's AI-CONVENTIONS.
Work¶
- Contact Page Redesign Mockup + UPS Slug Fix (April 4-5, 2026) — initial mockups plus a URL slug fix on UPS case pages (unrelated but bundled in the same session)
- Ultimate form layout established as the dark translucent card on dark homepage backgrounds, which became the template for all sidebar and embedded forms sitewide
